Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Pixel Propeller handles information collected through pixelpropeller.com and through its Google Ads integration. For privacy questions or requests, contact data@pixelpropeller.com.

Information we receive

When you contact us or submit information through our website, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, business information, and the contents of your message or files. Please provide only information needed for your request.

Our website and hosting services may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and server logs. Cookies may be used for functions such as sign-in, session management, and remembering preferences. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

Google Ads access and data

Pixel Propeller uses its Google Ads integration to connect authorized advertising accounts for reporting and analysis. When an authorized Google user connects an account, Google provides access tokens and, where authorized, a refresh token so the integration can access Google Ads without asking the user to sign in for every request. Pixel Propeller does not receive your Google password through this authorization process.

Data accessed through Google Ads may include account identifiers and names, campaign and advertising settings, keywords, and performance information such as impressions, clicks, costs, and conversions. Access is limited by the permissions of the authorizing Google user and by the services they request from Pixel Propeller.

The Google Ads permission shown during authorization allows viewing and managing Google Ads accounts and data. Our current setup uses read-only requests for reporting and analysis. Any account changes require the account holder’s instructions or authorization; granting the OAuth permission alone is not an instruction to change campaigns.

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests, provide agreed services, connect authorized accounts, prepare reports and analysis, troubleshoot integrations, maintain security, and meet applicable obligations. Google user data is used to provide or improve the reporting and advertising services requested by the user.

Storage and security

Information may be processed on computers and systems used by Pixel Propeller and by service providers involved in delivering the requested service. Credentials for the current local Google Ads integration are stored in access-restricted files on the operator’s computer. Reports and working files may be retained in the systems used to provide the service.

We use access controls and limit access to information according to the work being performed. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information through website forms.

Sharing and service providers

We may share information with authorized personnel and service providers that support hosting, storage, communications, reporting, or automation when needed to provide the requested service. Where an authorized workflow uses an AI-assisted tool, information supplied to that tool is limited to what is needed for the requested task. Google credentials are not included in reports or public website content.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for unrelated advertising, or transfer it for training generalized AI or machine-learning models. Transfers of Google user data are limited to providing or improving the user-requested service with the user’s consent, security purposes, compliance with applicable law, or a business transfer with the required prior user consent.

Pixel Propeller’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the requested services and for legitimate security, recordkeeping, or legal requirements. Retention depends on the information and its purpose. You may request deletion of information held by Pixel Propeller by emailing data@pixelpropeller.com. We may need to verify your authority over the affected account before acting. We will explain any information that must be retained and the reason.

Your choices and Google access

You can revoke Pixel Propeller’s Google access through your Google Account connections settings. Revoking access stops future access under that authorization but does not automatically delete information already received. Contact us to request deletion of retained information or to disconnect the integration. Google Ads account owners can also change the authorizing user’s account permissions in Google Ads.

Other services and policy updates
